  首次安装时先执行一次选择最佳源操作

Bug description:
  每次安装完系统之后的第一件事就是进入“系统设置”-“软件和更新”中执行一次选择最佳服务器操作，虽然理论上说使用中国的源速度是最快的，但是实际情况经常是经过测试之后选择的是其他的源。这个操作也是很多老鸟装完系统后进行的第一个操作，因为能保证最快的下载速度，基本能达到满速。
  所以希望UbuntuKylin可以在安装时先执行一次此操作，可以节省很多下载时间。
