Title:
  Preparing screen is not displayed as expected

Status in Ubuntu Kylin:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  I tested the latest daily build image and found that the preparing
  screen became to 'ubuntu 13.04' again. The problem has ever appeared
  and resolved. But why it becomes back?
