Bug description:
  There is still on-going discussion of what to use for the start page
  and default search engine for firefox, although for now we should use
  123.sogou.com and baidu respectively.

  We also need to take care of google chromium as I heard Ubuntu Kylin
  will also have it in image.

  For baidu search, we need to use the code 'cl=3&tn=ubuntuu_cb', for
  example, the URL should be http://www.baidu.com/s?cl=3&tn=ubuntuu_cb,
  please see bug 578281.
