The ubuntu kylin archive will not be usable until the keyrings
integrated into system. So I relate it to Ubuntu Kylin.

  Currently, when downloading UK softwares (e.g., WPS), there is no response. Logs from Daemon shows "Failed to fetch http://archive.ubuntukylin.com/ubuntukylin/pool/main/w/WPS/WPS-for-UbuntuKylin-13.10-i386-1.2.deb 404  Not Found
