Sympton cleared (more or less). I upgraded my router firmware, reboot,
reset and it worked again. Until I swotch off and on my computer. It
seems Kuaipan needs a "fresh" run.

  Kuaipan can't connect because a false network disconnect. In fact,
  every app with access to the Internet work.
