Bug description:
  我指的是按下
  Ctrl+Alt+数字（非7）打开的终端，这里是不支持显示中文的。作为一个专为中国人打造的操作系统，不应该出现显示不了中文的问题，有必要优化一下！不知道作为官方衍生版，UbuntuKylin有没有权限更换？
