Title:
  显示dash的情况下，菜单栏的输入法配置图标显示异常

Bug description:
  应该是Ubuntu13.10的新特性吧，显示dash的情况下，顶栏图标都变成白色了。
  但是其中的输入法配置图标显示异常，呈现为一个白色方块，内部的细节消失。
  见图，放大显示更明显。
