  测试使用程序版本：天气预报 V2.0.0-beta
  测试使用的系统版本：UbuntuKylin 14.10 Daily-0526 i386&amd64
  测试使用的机器型号：笔记本 HP-Pavilion-Sleekbook-15-PC

  现象描述：
  当程序无法获取服务器上的天气预报数据时，任务栏图标会一直显示为缓冲图标，下拉框只显示个数据项名称无法显示数据。久了会给用户感觉很不好，建议对长时间无法获取数据情况作处理，指定时间后无法获取数据则停止获取数据，并对用户进行提示。
