This bug was fixed in the package ubuntukylin-theme - 1.1.2

Bug description:
  As shown in the attachment,Some words(Chinese) cannot display correctly in Plymouth.
  plymouth-lable uses a font(DejaVuSans.ttf) does not contain Chinese.
