  The China weather hang after reconnect internet

Bug description:
  The China weather hang after reconnect internet.

  Steps:
  1.  Open indicator-china-weather
  2.  Set the city, and get the weather forecast
  3.  Disconnect internet, click to get the weather forecast
  4.  Reconnect internet, check any settings of China weather
  -->Failed. The China weather hang after reconnect internet.

  Configuration:
  PC: Dell Vostro
  OS: Ubuntu Kylin Utopic Daily Build 0921
  Indicator China Weather: 2.1.2
