Bug description:
  [Impact]
  As shown in the attachment，Some words（Chinese） cannot display correctly in Plymouth. plymouth-lable uses a font（DejaVuSans.ttf） does not contain Chinese.

  [Test case]
  Chinese shall be displayed correctly in plymouth with Ubuntu Kylin theme, for example the fsck information.

  [Regression Potential]
  None, the fix is just adding fonts-droid's ttf file to initramfs.
