Bug description:
[Impact]
As shown in the attachment,Some words(Chinese) cannot display correctly in Plymouth. plymouth-lable uses a font(DejaVuSans.ttf) does not contain Chinese.
[Test case]
Chinese shall be displayed correctly in plymouth with Ubuntu Kylin theme, for example the fsck information.
[Regression Potential]
None, the fix is just adding fonts-droid's ttf file to initramfs.
