The descriptition in “系统美化” -> "鼠标设置" has  a mistake.

“系统美化” -> "鼠标设置" 界面的描述信息中存在错误。
当前界面中的描述为：“更换鼠标指针主题和大小，主题更改需要重新系统才能生效”
其中，“重新系统”应改为“重启系统”；或者加入“启动”，变为“重新启动系统”。
