1. click Feature-->Default font settings
2. change the Titlebar Font.
3. Check the font
Expected Result:take effect
Actual Result:cannot take effect

系统美化-字体设置：设置文档字体、标题栏字体，不生效；修改等宽字体，文档字体变更
