The setting of cursor pointer size becomes invalid after reboot.
[Test Case]
1. click Feature-->Mouse Pointer
2. change cursor pointer size, and reboot the system
2. check the size of cursor pointer
Expected Result: The setting is valid.
Actual Result: The setting is invalid.
