我查看系统配置文件，修改值确实已经被修改成功，至于效果无效，目前还不知道桌面环境是不是变更了其他接口，建议将该bug提交到ubuntu。

  Thumbnail icon size setting cannot take effect.
    [Test Case]
  1. click Feature-->File Manager
  2. set the thumbnail icon size 
  3. check the thumbnail icon
  Expected Result: take effect
  Actual Result: cannot take effct
