[Bug 1576548] [NEW] package should be split in subpackages

Public bug reported:

The ubuntukylin-theme package contains all the different components of
the ubuntu kylin theme, including icons, windows theme, grub theme and
(depends on) kylin-greeter.

This doesn't allow an user to install the icons or the windows theme
alone, but requires the user to get all in one.

I think that having split subpackages for the windows theme and the icon
theme would be better.

So the dependency tree would be the following:

                                           |---- kylin-greeter
ubuntukylin-theme --- |---- kylin-icons-theme
                                           |---- kylin-gtk-theme

An user willing to install all the theme could still install the ubuntukylin-theme, but in addition to the current packaging it would add the option to install the subpackages individually.

For example, I like the icon theme a lot, but I don't want the kylin
branding in the grub, nor the kylin-greeter.
