This package:

- is built against an upstream source with no commit since 2015: https://github.com/UbuntuKylin/youker-assistant/commits/master
- On a test rebuild against Opencv 3.1 it FTBFS
- FTBFS if Opencv build deps are commented out.

- as can be seen in update-output.txt from proposed migration, this
blocks the OpenCV 3.1 transition and the substantial number of packages
that will now rely on the new OpenCv
