  system version：Ubuntukylin 19.04

  test case：
  1、登录界面切换为英文登录
  2、打开开始菜单-麒麟助手
  3、查看英文布局显示及英文语法

  actual result：多处语法错误以及字符显示不全
  expected result：显示正确
