Hello Beta Users!

I'd like to update the known issues list (found here: 
https://ubuntuone.com/support/issues/ ) with some of our more commonly 
reported bugs and the associated link to either a Launchpad bug or FAQ.

If you've noticed a particular bug that is being reported a lot, or a 
question that many users continue to ask, would you please send me a 
link to the bug or FAQ so that I can update this list?

Thanks again for helping us test, vet, and otherwise improve Ubuntu One!
