I just found something out,

Package ubuntuone-storage-protocol is not installed, so not removed
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.

Seems I am missing something, with the installation. This is what I get 
after using the second command.

Building dependency tree      Reading state information... Done
ubuntuone-client-gnome is already the newest version.
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
==============================================================

So something is missing in the installation.
