I noticed from the 09/01 Community Council meeting agenda and meeting
log that this was supposed to be discussed then, but wasn't due to a
lack of quorum. Did Canonical decide to skip Community Council
discussion because of their recent problems getting quorum (noting the
need to do it before Karmic beta), or was it discussed somewhere else
that I'm not seeing?
