  PDF export is incorrectly tagged

Bug description:
  If you export the attached file to PDF using

    inkscape file.svg -A test.pdf

  it builds incorrectly some tags inside. Check this:

  There you can see that the obj 74 doesn't have an "endobj" tag!!
