Title:
  remote publishing does not work on flickr [14.04.1]

Status in “shotwell” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I am trying to publish photos to flickr but I am getting a 403 forbidden error when trying to do so from Shotwell.
  I have tried to delete and re enter the user from Ubuntu online accounts . But the issue remains unchanged.
