Sorry I meant libtiff is no longer there since its a virtual package now
and the change would have been other way around :-)

So the sync is fine :)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * No change rebuild against new libexiv2-13
    * Use dh-autoreconf, resolving FTBFS on newer arches.
  Fixed in debian
