I have the same problem here using amd gpu and cpu.

I tried with free drivers and catalyst... but nothing changed. Blender
crashes everytime I need to use a Blender dialog.

Like said by @HAYASHI mizuki, launching blender with the debug option
(-d) completly kills the bug. Weird !

  Blender crashes when clicking options in save/export

Bug description:
  It seems like if I click any of the tickboxes in Blender's dialogs for
  saving or exporting files it immediately crashes.
