Please sync ardour3 4.2~dfsg-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Includes multiple bug fixes, as can be seen at http://ardour.org/whatsnew.html
Also, the ubuntustudio dev team would like to backport this to trusty once
it has been accepted into wily.
