Title:
ubuntustudio metapackages reference lv2fil, jack-rack, specimen, phat
  removed from Debian

Status in jack-rack package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged
Status in ubuntustudio-meta package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
Going through some older Debian package removals to see if they should
apply in Ubuntu, I find that jack-rack, lv2fil, specimen, and phat
have all been removed in Debian but are still referenced by Ubuntu
  Studio. Please:

   - look to see if these packages should be replaced in the ubuntustudio seeds by something else
   - if not, upload these packages setting the maintainer to the ubuntustudio team, to make it clear that you are maintaining these in place of the (no-longer-existent) Debian maintainer.
