[Bug 1514058] [NEW] Bad scale in Spectrogram log(f) view

Public bug reported:

Using Audacity 2.0.6-2build1 under Kubuntu 15.10 64bits :
- load a waveform with a signal at a known frequency (440 Hz for example)
- Activate the Spectrogram log(f) view: the log scale is false because the signal appears near the 100 Hz frequency instead of 440 Hz.

Workaround : zoom and unzoom on the frequency scale: now, the log scale
is OK (the signal appears at 440 Hz).

Note that this problem does not occur with the linear scale.

** Affects: audacity (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
