Confirmed on Xubuntu 15.10, Inkscape 0.91-5ubuntu2, but not with trunk rev. 14569 (compiled locally).
The "Launchpad Contributions:" string is not part of the upstream Inkscape package (not in the code and the translations), but apparently added in the Ubuntu package.

Assigning to the Ubuntu package and marking Invalid for the Inkscape
project.
