[Bug 1530378] Re: Blender application crashes when video editor selects h264

 

For using H.264, you need to install libav*-extra-* packages, though
crashing is still problem.

  3. Expected to select h264 in the dropdown menu in the properties of
  the video editor.

  4. The application hung for a few seconds then crashed.
