  Gimp menu disaaperas from menu bar

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Hi, the Gimp menus have disappeared from the top menu bar. It is
  happened after an upgrade (from scratch, only /home was not formatted)
  from Ubuntu 14.04 to Ubuntu 16.04.
