[Bug 815101] Re: [needs-packaging] slowmovideo

You might want to take a look at http://www.getdeb.net meanwile. You can find .debs for Ubuntu 15.10 and 16.04 (at this very moment!). I know it is 3rd party but at least it works.

Title:
  [needs-packaging] slowmovideo

Status in Ubuntu Studio:
  In Progress
Status in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed
Status in Debian:
  New

Bug description:
  name: slowmovideo

description: slowmoVideo is an open source program that creates slow-
motion videos from your footage. It does not simply make your videos
play at 0.01× speed. You can smoothly slow down and speed up your
footage. slowmoVideo tries to find out where pixels move in the video
(this information is called Optical Flow) and then uses this
information to calculate the additional frames.
