[Impact]
Loading screen doesn't disappear upon successful startup, making it difficult to actually use musescore.
[Test Case]
Open musescore. Note how the loading dialog doesn't disappear, ever.
[Regression Potential]
Slim to none. The patch is from upstream, and it simply resets the progress dialog for compatibility with Qt 5.5+ (which is present in Xenial and Yakkety).
