  kdenlive crashed with SIGSEGV in QObject::setProperty()

Status in kdenlive package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  After switching to Ubuntu 16.10 Yakkety Yak from the previous version
  I am encountering this crash while trying to start Kdenlive.

  I do not know if it is related, but the same problem happens with
  OpenShot (although the latter is not in the repositories) so the issue
  might be with Qt5 and not specifically with Kdenlive.
