Title:
Cannot resize semicircle in Inkscape properly
Status in Inkscape:
Fix Released
Status in inkscape package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:
Binary package hint: inkscape
I do the following:
1) Starting with a new document
2) Zoom to 100%
3) Turn on grid (Shift-#)
4) Create a perfect circle with a radius divisible by 10 px - in other words, grid lines touch the top, bottom, left, right, and they run through the center.
5) Set starting angle of the new circle to 270 and end angle to 90 degrees
6) Go into pointer mode
7) Attempt to resize the circle using the right horizontal arrow.
The circle becomes a vertical line; the horizontal radius jumps to
zero.
If I use Shift or Control to resize or draw the circle without grid
lines, this does not happen.
I am using Ubuntu Jaunty 9.04 beta and Inkscape 0.46-5ubuntu1
