[Bug 1690217] [NEW] invisible playlist on winamp refugee skin after error messages

Public bug reported:

1) open audacious using winamp classic/refugee skin,
2) add quite a few songs to playlist for existing mp3s
3) move mp3s somewhere else so that attempts to play them result in an error message
4) play mp3s, resulting in a popup with an error message (the errors themselves don't appear to matter, what matters is that you get this error message)
5) alt-tab to the dash "Show Desktop"
6) alt-tab back to audacious

what should happen:
audacious should show along with error message, and the equalizer/playlist if they were showing before

what actually happens:
you only see the top window, not the equalizer or playlist windows AND attempts to close/reopen equalizer/playlist windows by clicking on the 'PL' and 'EQ' buttons result in no action being taken.

Presumably the error message is still waiting to be clicked OK on somewhere, but how to click that? It's not clear at all. The workaround is that I close and reopen audacious, as it reopens without the error message and thus, with the ability to reopen/close EQ and PL windows.
