Title:
libpoppler64 uninstallable on Ubuntu 17.10 (Artful Aardvark)

Status in inkscape package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
When I try to install Inkscape (v0.92) on my Ubuntu 17.10 OS, it fails
as libpoppler64 is not available for this Ubuntu version.

  $ sudo apt install inkscape

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies.
inkscape : Depends: libpoppler64 (>= 0.48.0) but it is not installable
              Recommends: libwmf-bin
              Recommends: perlmagick
Recommends: python-lxml but it is not going to be installed
Recommends: python-numpy but it is not going to be installed
Recommends: python-scour but it is not going to be installed
Recommends: python-uniconvertor but it is not going to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

The libpoppler64 package has been replaced by the libpoppler68 package
  (https://packages.ubuntu.com/artful/libpoppler68) on Ubuntu 17.10.

A suggested fix would be to install libpoppler68, and if that is
  unavailable, use libpoppler64.
