[Bug 1467422] Re: package yoshimi-data 1.1.0-2 failed to install/upgrade: package is in a very bad inconsistent state; you should reinstall it before attempting configuration

 

That's clearly due to something bad that happened to the system, for example an interrupted dpkg process or a damaged file system.
Ask user support on how to get your system back in good shape, but this is not a package bug.
