[Bug 1740083] [NEW] CPU load when showing the end of the clip

Public bug reported:

CPU load when showing the end of the clip.

1. Expected CPU load at all.
2. It turned out that the load at 120%.
3. Took a video mpeg cut it on the tape and sped up 1000%. When you hover the playhead to the end of the clip, the processor begins to boot. When the cursor is in the body of an accelerated clip, the processor is loaded a bit about 20-25% and only if the window is active kdenlive.
