Bug description:
  The error occurs installing Ubuntu 18.04

  Other error. When I start Gimp:

  It appears that you are using GIMP for the first time.  GIMP will now
  create a folder named '/home/lex/.config/GIMP/2.10' and copy some
  files to it.
