[Bug 1773346] [NEW] Selected track nto always advanced on deletion

Public bug reported:

Something has changed between the Audacious used in Ubuntu 16.04 and
18.04. When deleting a track, with the "Advance when current song
deleted" option set to true, the track selected by the cursor always
used to advance to the next (now playing) track. It no longer does this,
or rather does it only intermittently. This is rather annoying when
sorting through large lists of music submitted to me or trying to make a
short list of samples to then work on later!

** Affects: audacious (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
