Matthias, if you make any changes to be stricter, please ensure it will
not affect Ubuntu 16.04 LTS or 18.04 LTS (or Debian Stretch), as long as
those releases are still supported.

Bug description:
  The package "Ubuntu Software" does not have "Font Manager" available for install while "Synaptic" does.
  This is bad.

  I don't mind having to learn how to deal with either, but PLEASE if
  both are on offer then keep them synchronized.  Alternatively, do away
  with one of them.
