Message #07242
[Bug 1794152] [NEW] ufraw-batch crashes after processing the first file on Ubuntu 18.04 and 18.10,
Public bug reported:
It seems there is a known issue in ufraw-batch that causes a SIGSEGV after closing the file.
Because of this, ufraw-batch is unusable.
Fortunately, there is a trivial patch available:
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=898297
I downloaded ufraw sources, applied the patch, compiled it and.... I confirm the patch works!
Now I get nice Pentax PEF thumbnails in nautilus.
Can you make that patch a part of official Ubuntu 18.10 distribution?
