The URL for the upstream SourceForge bug tracker is no longer valid. The

Title:
MIDI instruments don't show up in "Connections"
Status in QjackCtl:
Incomplete
Status in qjackctl package in Ubuntu:
Triaged
Bug description:
Binary package hint: qjackctl
Ubuntu 8.04.1 (amd64)
qjackctl 0.3.2-1ubuntu1
Under the MIDI tab in the Connections window, MIDI-capable programs
(like ZynAddSubFX, seq24, vkeybd, etc.) should appear. But both the
"Readable" and "Writable" panes in the MIDI tab are blank. MIDI
instruments do appear on the ALSA tab, and they can be connected
there.
