96 dpi is now the new default (was 90 dpi), so it should not be
something the user needs to edit. If there is a case where this is not
the default, please reopen or file a new bug. Thank you!

Bug description:
  Package version: 0.48.3.1-1ubuntu6.1
  OS: Ubuntu 12.10

  Steps to reproduce:
  - Open a file
  - Go to File > Export bitmap...
  - Choose Unit: cm
  - Export
  - Open PNG image with an image viewer

  As you can see if you follow these steps, the image size is mm, not
  cm.
