Debian and Ubuntu are now in sync (Eoan) with audacity upstream on
Version 2.3.2.

I believe this bug can be closed now.

Bug description:
  Testing 17.10 and noticed it still shops Audacity 2.1.2 albeit 2.1.3
  is available.

  Will we see an update in 17.10 to version 2.1.3?
