[Bug 1815518] Re: Gimp crashes on transparency change

Title:
  Gimp crashes on transparency change

Status in gimp package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Crash happens on change of transparency of a layer (alt+mouse wheel) while using scale tool.
  Probably 'cause for some reason GIMP thinks that the layer is already transparent and tries to make it opaque over 100%
