[Bug 641182] Re: photo viewer always opens maximized

 

Ubuntu 10.10 (maverick) reached end-of-life on April 10, 2012.

This release of Ubuntu is no longer receiving maintenance updates. If
this is still an issue using a maintained version of Ubuntu please let
us know.

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: shotwell

  every picture I open photo viewer opens it maximized. even a very
  small image. It would be nice if it does some intelligent thinking
  when opening a photo. I think windows 7 default photo viewer does it
  really great. attached a video of the problem.
