0.92.5 as well as Inkscape 1.0 will be compatible with Python 3.

Can we get a bump to 0.92.5 into Rawhide as:

$ dnf -y install inkscape

Error:
 Problem: package inkscape-0.92.4-7.fc31.x86_64 requires uniconvertor, but none of the providers can be installed

  - nothing provides python2-reportlab needed by uniconvertor-2.0-0.18.svn362.fc31.x86_64
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages)
